Make-a-Monkey Workshop February 2016

Last month, we have a student joining us to learn how to create a monkey.

It was Philip's first time sewing a monkey. One of the challenges he encountered was placing the different facial pieces of the monkey together.

However as he had some basic sewing experience from the previous bear-making workshops, he was able to sew the monkey without much difficulty.

In the first session, Philip stitched the pieces of fur together and completed the monkey's head. The following week, he made the tail and joint the monkey together.

After applying the finishing touches to the face, hands and feet, Philip posed for a picture with the monkey.

Philip appears very pleased with his new creation! We look forward to the next lesson where he will learn to create a miniature bear!

Hugs, Wayne
